1. Order Cancellations & Modifications

Because our system automates our printing queues quickly to ensure fast delivery, we offer a strict 2-hour grace period for cancellations or modifications.

  • How to Cancel or Modify: If you entered the wrong shipping address or selected the wrong size print, you must use the contact page to send a message within exactly 2 hours of your purchase time. Please use the subject line: "CANCEL ORDER #[Your Order Number]" or "MODIFY ORDER #[Your Order Number]".

  • Note: Once an order passes the 2-hour mark, it enters production with our printing partners and cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded.

2. Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for supporting an independent artist! Because every piece of wall art in our store is custom-made to order via our production facility, we do not offer standard returns, exchanges, or buyers-remorse refunds.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your print arrives damaged by the mail carrier or features a manufacturing printing defect (such as ink smudges or structural paper tears), we will replace it completely free of charge.

  • How to Claim: Please email our support email within 14 days of delivery. We will ask for a clear, close-up photograph of the damage or printing issue along with your order number. Once verified, a brand-new replacement print will be rushed out to your original address. You do not need to mail the damaged item back.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, Eanoai Ali owns the absolute intellectual property and copyright for all digital artwork, illustrations, logos, and website layouts displayed on this platform. All rights are reserved. You are strictly prohibited from reproducing, copying, screenshotting, or reselling any of the digital artwork or physical prints sold under the Eanoai Ali brand name for commercial gain.

4. Privacy Policy

When you make a purchase through our store, we collect certain essential information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, and email address. We share your personal information strictly with third-party apps required to run our shop: Hostinger (our website builder) and Printful (our printing provider). We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to outside marketers.

Limitation of Liability
Eanoai Ali shall not be held liable for any shipping delays caused by carrier disruptions, customs inspections, or incorrect address entries input by the consumer at checkout.
